Get on Board is an intensive leadership development program designed to support individuals as they consider running for school board.
Education leaders and community members have the opportunity to support a platform of crucial improvements to the education system.
A lack of reflective leadership in politics can pose barriers to changes that communities want to see in their schools.
Get on Board is designed to support a student-centered agenda, and offers a suite of resources to help participants learn how to increase their political participation and impact.

What to Expect: Program at a glance
- Four sessions with presentations from local experts.
- One-on-one coaching
- $25/hour stipend for participation
- Childcare provided upon request
- Food provided at all meetings
